The William Merritt Centre is a registered charity/social enterprise, offering impartial advice and professional assessments on a wide range of equipment, inclusive of driving and mobility problems.

If you have a disability or a medical condition that may affect your ability to learn, continue or return to driving then our friendly and experienced team of professionals are here to help. We can carry out assessments and provide advice and information to give options available to you. This may be with adapted driving controls or other specialist equipment.

We can also offer assessments and advice for seating and passenger access problems for adults and children, mobility equipment stowage issues and advice on options to improve mobility and independence for non-drivers.
